I've never once in my life subscribed to a diet. I LOVE food! I always justify my food intake with a harder workout later. So far, it's worked well for me. But for once, I want to one up the system. I want to see what might happen if I really and truly watched everything I eat... One month...
Man... This is going to be a tough month. I'm aiming for 40% protein, 40% carbs, and 20% fat. I plan to up my workouts at the same time... If I'm a little crabby... I'm sorry. It's just an experiment... I may never try this again...
